This community grant is designed to support local projects that strengthen Randolph and improve life for the people who live here. Whether you’re part of an organization, a club, a school group, a church, or you’re an individual with a great idea, you’re invited to apply.
What kinds of projects can be funded?
We’re especially interested in projects that support:
- Community development
- Arts and culture
- Education
- Children and families
- Human services
- Health and wellness
We’re looking for specific, clearly defined projects or programs, big or small, that have a positive impact on the Randolph community.

Who has received funding in the past?
Over the years, the Randolph Community Improvement Grant has helped support a wide range of local efforts, including projects for 4-H groups, the City of Randolph, R.O.A.R., Summer Youth programs, Boy Scouts, Randolph Public Schools, Teammates, Music Boosters, Ministerial Association, FFA, Lied Randolph Public Library, Saddle Club, local churches, and the Randolph Senior Center and many more.

How decisions are made
Applications are reviewed by the Randolph Area Foundation Board, and the Board will select which projects receive funding.
Grant Application Guidelines
To apply, please:
- Complete the application form below.
- Give a short description of the organization or individual requesting funds
- The project/program description, including:
- How the project will benefit the Randolph community
- Whether additional funding will be needed later
- A timeline (when the project will begin and end)
- Estimated costs (quotes or estimates are helpful)
- Photos, sketches, or other visuals (optional but encouraged)
