As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we work through economic development initiatives and charitable giving to ensure that Randolph remains a wonderful place to live, work, and grow.
We are committed to representing, protecting, and advancing the interests of local businesses and industries. Additionally, the Foundation serves as a trusted steward for community betterment—receiving and administering gifts for charitable, educational, literary, scientific, health, and community improvement purposes.
Leadership & Decision Making
The Randolph Area Foundation is guided by a nine-member Board of Directors comprised of local community members. The board meets regularly and as-needed to responsibly review donation requests, administer grants, and oversee all financial and organizational matters pertaining to the foundation.
Every decision made by our board is driven by transparency, financial stewardship, and a commitment to the long-term well-being of the Randolph community.
Brief History
Founded in 1990 by a group of local businessmen in the hopes of creating a foundation that will help the community prosper through generosity of its own citizens.
